2020 Sanderson Farms Championship tee times, TV coverage, viewer’s guide

News

If you’re a tour pro trying to win your first PGA Tour title, the Sanderson Farms Championship is an event you should be playing. At least if recent history is any measure. The last six winners of the event at the Country Club of Jackson (Miss.) have made this their maiden victory on tour, including 2019 champ Sebastián Muñoz. Muñoz survived a playoff with Sungjae Im after birdieing the 18th to keep his chances afloat.

FedExCup winners Henrik Stenson and Brandt Snedeker will headline the field along with past Rookie of the Year Scottie Scheffler, who is returning to the competition after testing positive for COVID-19 before the U.S. Open. Im will also be back, looking to avenge his loss from 2019.

The winner will receive 500 FedEx Cup points and a $1.188 million share of the $6.6 million purse.

Golf Channel will carry live coverage from Thursday through Sunday from 4-7 p.m. EDT. NBC will carry live coverage on Saturday and Sunday from 3-6 p.m. EDT. PGA Tour Live streaming coverage takes place from 8 a.m.-7 p.m. EDT on Thursday and Friday and 9:30 a.m.-7 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
