This is a great way to start to achieve that effortless golf swing that people marvel at. You want ot have these sort of swing thoughts when you swing, things like; easy, loose, half speed. If you do this then when you are hitting a golf ball you will gain more distance.
Most people are trying to hit the golf ball way too hard. They have swing thoughts like; kill it, swing hard and put all effort into this. These are the wrong thoughts to have if you want ot gain more distance.
To hit the golf ball longer, you want to start o swing looser. The speed is created by having loose wrists and turning your body. This is how the pros hit the golf ball and achieve that effortless looking golf swing. Swing slower, you then swing looser and then you gain the distance you want.
Next time you go to hit golf balls, have these sort of thoughts and you will start to loosen up and get the distance you would like. Its not about how physically strong you are, its about how loose your wrists can be.
